Contract between Fyvie Studios = 'HOST' & 'ATTENDEE' = Client
Photographer; Alayna Randall

1. Scope of Work: The ATTENDEE agrees that the HOST 'Alayna Randall' is providing a fully coordinated 2 hour photography opportunity involving a variety of setups involving; hired models, a rented venue, props, and animals utilized during the session.  There is NO guarantee on how the location or models will appear on the day of the shoot, the weather forecast is decided before meeting mutually. 
2. Fees: In consideration for the hosting services provided by HOST, ATTENDEE agrees to pay the full sum at the time of booking. The balance of the payment for services must be paid in full on the day of your session via E-TRANSFER to ALAYNA@FYVIESTUDIO.COM 
​3. Indemnification:
3.1 - HOST and ATTENDEE agree that PHOTOGRAPHER is under no obligation to capture any specific moment or pose or person(s) during the SHOOT.
3.2 - If HOST is unable to perform the services in this contract due to any cause outside its control (i.e models cancel), ATTENDEE agrees to indemnify photographer for any loss damage or liability; however, HOST will return in full all payments made by ATTENDEE to HOST in relation to this session.
3.3  ATTENDEE agrees to hold HOST harmless for any personal injury which may occur as the ATTENDEE poses or works with PHOTOGRAPHER. The location of the event possess serious risks of injury and you are entering at your own risk. ATTENDEE agrees that they are over 18 years old and responsible for their own safety. Under no circumstances is the HOST held responsible. 
4.7 - ATTENDEE understands that the HOST is not accountable if the session does not go to your liking. For example, if the model(s) do not smile, look at the camera, or par take in the session, there are no redos offered.
